Phase 1

The first phase of this project involved developing a large knowledge base through research, establishing exactly how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the hospitality industry. This research was gathered, synthesized and analyzed in conjunction with Gabriella Schnarr (another project group member, see About Us) in order to provide a foundation with which decide our future project direction during Phase 2.
